1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using useScrolls ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

useScrolls is a marketplace for discovering and installing Agent Skills - reusable capabilities for AI agents. We index public plugin and repository metadata from third-party sources about every 24 hours. Our Service includes:

• Browsing and searching for skills
• Installing skills for use with compatible agent tools
• Viewing indexed public plugin and repository metadata
• Viewing public audit and security metadata where available

3. No User Accounts

useScrolls does not currently provide user accounts, sign in, user profiles, ratings, reviews, or a website publishing flow. If those features are introduced later, additional terms may apply.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree to:

• • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• • Review plugins and source repositories before installing them
• • Respect upstream authors, repositories, and licenses
• • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Indexed Content and Conduct

Indexed Public Data

Plugin listings, author names, repository names, descriptions, download counts, stars, audit metadata, and related details are indexed from public third-party sources. Upstream authors retain their rights in their repositories and content.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Attempt to overload, scrape abusively, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Misrepresent your relationship with useScrolls or upstream authors
• Violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access systems or data that are not publicly available

6. Intellectual Property

The Agent Skills standard is open source. Plugins and repositories listed by the Service may have their own licenses as specified by their authors or upstream sources.

The useScrolls name, logo, and website design are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that indexed data is complete, current, accurate, or that plugins will work as described or be free of errors. You use plugins at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, useScrolls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will post significant changes through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
